Language Arts: Students continue to work on focused writing for a sustained period. When writing is completed, then students take the next step to proofread and edit to improve the quality of writing using the checklist on the board and the COPS listed in their notebook. Students will also write a newspaper article about Outdoor School.

Social Studies: Focus will be on the election process as students will be voting in the CIVIX Student Vote on Friday for the federal candidates in the Confederation riding. Thank you for saving the candidate information you have been receiving and sending it to school for us to use.

Science: Students will add to their understanding of trees and expand their learning into the forest ecosystem and how humans interact with it. Students will also complete their journals and wrap up of their week at Outdoor School.
