Jumping Pound Demonstration Forest Field Trip

What an amazing day for learning and really having an opportunity to be part of the land to learn about the magnificent trees that are native to Alberta. Students had an opportunity to put their knowledge to the test and use a dichotomy key to help them identify various types of trees and shrubs. A big thank you to Yukiko and Tasha who volunteered for our classroom to help us throughout the day! Here are a few pictures from our day.
