Our Final Week Together
Well it has finally arrived. The final week of school is upon our students with lots of activities still to do.
Thank you to the parents who volunteered their time to run the stations and be part of our Sports Day on Friday, June 20. We lucked out in getting the activities completed before the rain settled over the city.
Here is an overview and reminder for some of the events happening this week in Room 2 to wrap up the school year.
Monday, June 23
- Grade 5 Mini Golf Course Opens
- Rehearsal for Grade 6 Farewell--bring your singing voices and know your lyrics
- CHS Spirit Day is Crayon Day. Dress head to toe in ONE colour- do your best!
- Grade 6 Farewell performance of our song-dress in clean, plain, and appropriate clothes-no logos
- Poetry Anthology is due at the end of the day.
- Bring an extra bag to bring home your belongings from the school
- Report Cards will be available to view, download, or print through the MyCBE portal starting Wednesday, June 25. Access will remain open until Thursday, July 25, 2025.If you'd like to keep a copy for your records, we recommend downloading or printing the PDF during this window. Report cards will not be accessible in MyCBE after July 25.
- All personal items go home today!
- Clean up the classroom to close out the school year
- Last day of classes; early dismissal at 12:40
- Class Council is hosting a Beach Party for the class so bring your snacks for yourself or to share, a towel, a water bottle and a fun attitude!
PLEASE RETURN ALL BOOKS that belong to the classroom library. Many books have gone missing or have been damaged (breaks my heart) over the course of this school year.
